Throughout the quilt you'll practice Stitch and Flip (SNF) construction and Half-Square Triangles (HSTs), two techniques that work together to create the detailed Nutcracker block and the coordinating Sweet blocks. These are valuable quilting skills that you'll use again and again in future projects.
