Week 2: Pumpkin Spice Stars Block

Welcome to Week 2 of the Boo To You Mystery Quilt Along!

I hope you enjoyed making last week's banner block and are ready for another mystery reveal. This week we'll be stitching the Pumpkin Spice Stars Block, and while we still don't know exactly how everything will fit together, it's exciting to see the quilt slowly take shape.

I'm continuing to sew my quilt with a selection of Hush Hush 5 prints, including my Foraging design, paired with Riley Blake Basics. It's been so much fun watching these fabrics come together one mystery block at a time.

This Week's Block

This week's Pumpkin Spice Stars Block finishes at 9½" x 12½" before it is joined into the quilt.

There are a few more units to build this week, so take your time and enjoy the process. Accuracy at each step will help your points and seams line up beautifully when the quilt comes together.

A Helpful Tip

Whenever you're making multiple identical units, complete one step on all of them before moving to the next. This assembly-line approach helps maintain consistency and makes it easier to spot any mistakes before continuing.

As tempting as it is to share your finished block right away, let's keep the mystery going for everyone participating.
