Boo To You Mystery Quilt Along - Week 4
Week 4: Finishing the Quilt
Welcome to the final week of the Boo To You Mystery Quilt Along!
Can you believe we've reached the end? Over the past few weeks, we've watched this mystery unfold one block at a time, and now it's time to bring everything together into a finished quilt. This is always my favorite part because we finally get to see how all the pieces fit together.
I've had so much fun sewing my quilt with Hush Hush 5 prints, including my Foraging design, paired with Riley Blake Basics. It's been wonderful watching this playful Halloween quilt come to life.

This Week's Focus
This week you'll:
- Assemble the quilt center.
- Add the inner borders.
- Add the pieced outer borders.
- Quilt and bind your finished quilt.
By the end of the week, your mystery quilt will be complete and ready to enjoy throughout the Halloween season.

Finishing Your Quilt
Now it's time to watch all of your hard work come together.
Begin by assembling the quilt center, making sure each block is positioned according to the pattern. Once the center is complete, add the inner borders before sewing the pieced outer borders in place.
After your quilt top is finished, layer your backing, batting, and quilt top, then quilt as desired. Finish by adding the binding and giving your quilt one final press.
There is something so satisfying about seeing every mystery block become part of one beautiful finished quilt.

A Helpful Tip
Before attaching your borders, measure the center of your quilt both vertically and horizontally. Cutting your borders to those measurements, rather than simply sewing them edge to edge, will help keep your quilt square and reduce any waviness.
Thank You for Sewing Along
Thank you for joining me for the Boo To You Mystery Quilt Along. It has been such a joy stitching alongside all of you and watching this mystery unfold week after week.
One of my favorite parts of a mystery quilt is seeing everyone's finished version. Even though we all followed the same pattern, every quilt becomes unique through fabric choices and personal touches. My quilt came together beautifully using Hush Hush 5 prints, including my Foraging design, paired with Riley Blake Basics, and I hope you've loved watching it come together as much as I have.
Whether you finished during the Quilt Along or you're completing your quilt later, congratulations! I hope this quilt becomes part of your Halloween decorating for many years to come.
