Join Me Live with CutterPillar – June 18

I’m excited to be part of The Handmade Collective this June for a special live event hosted by CutterPillar. It will be a full day of sewing, creativity, and connection. During the event, I’ll be sharing a new project from Sew A Story that is simple, thoughtful, and made for play.

What I’ll Be Teaching

I’ll be walking through the Balloon Cover project. This is a soft, reusable fabric cover for a standard party balloon, made with 10-inch squares from the Created With Love fabric collection. It’s designed for indoor fun and is especially great for little hands.

During the class, I’ll show how to:

• Cut and prepare the curved pieces
  
• Use fusible web for structure and clean edges
  
• Sew and reinforce seams for safe play
  
• Assemble the balloon cover for easy use and storage
