Nutcracker Felt Panel Sew-Along: Week 2

Welcome to Week 2 of the Nutcracker Felt Panel Sew-Along!

This week is all about adding a little personality to your Nutcracker characters with sparkles and embroidery.

These details are completely optional. You can keep your characters simple and move right into sewing, or spend a little time adding the extras that make the project feel like your own.

This Week’s Goal

Take a look through your characters and decide which ones you would like to embellish.

You might add:

• A little hand embroidery
• Sparkle Paste
• A few sequins or buttons

You do not need to embellish every piece. Even one or two small details can be a fun addition.

If this project will be used by a young child, keep age appropriateness in mind when choosing any sewn-on embellishments.
