The Forgotten Rooms QAL Begins August 10!

I'm thrilled to be joining The Forgotten Rooms QAL as a guest designer. This unique quilt along combines quilting, mystery, and storytelling as you stitch your way through a grand old mansion. Each quilt block represents a forgotten room, and every new pattern unlocks another chapter of the story.

A Story Waiting to Be Discovered

The Forgotten Rooms is more than a quilt along. It's a creative adventure where every stitch brings the story to life.

Centuries ago, something mysterious happened inside the mansion. Now, the Grandfather Clock has begun ticking once again, awakening the forgotten rooms and inviting you to uncover the secrets hidden within its walls. As each week's block is released, another piece of the mystery is revealed.

I had the privilege of designing the Grandfather Clock block, and it was so much fun bringing this important part of the story to life.

The Forgotten Rooms QAL officially begins August 10, 2026, with a brand-new pattern released each week through October 31, 2026.

My Grandfather Clock block will be featured during the week of October 12, and I can't wait to stitch it alongside all of you!

A Little Sneak Peek

The official Forgotten Rooms QAL is stitched using Riley Blake Designs' The Apothecary fabric collection. For a little extra fun, I also created a recolored version of my Grandfather Clock block using my own Spoonful of Sugar fabric collection. It has been so enjoyable to see how the same design can take on a completely different personality with a new fabric palette.
